Information we receive

When you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address and message that you choose to provide. Your message may include project, product or order details.

When you create an order, we receive your full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, ordered items and quantities, shipping selection, order amounts, and any optional order note.

Why we use it

We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, create and fulfill orders, send order communications, reconcile payments and refunds, and maintain the related business records.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry and order information is stored in the website’s business records. We do not sell it. We share information only with service providers where needed to operate the website, communicate with you, fulfill an order, process a payment or refund, or when required by applicable law.

The Contact Us page includes an embedded Google Maps view. When that map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information under Google’s own privacy terms.

For Stripe Checkout, we send Stripe your email address; order and payment-attempt identifiers; item names, SKUs or variant labels; quantities and server-allocated discounted line amounts; and the shipping option and shipping amount. Stripe calculates the payment total from those server-side order snapshots. Stripe processes payment-card details and may collect billing information under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your inquiry or order information by emailing [email protected]. We will handle requests subject to legal and operational record-keeping requirements.

Payments

Online card payment is currently available.

When available, payment is completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe processes the card details; we do not collect or store the full card number or security code on this website. Do not send payment-card details through an inquiry form.
